Green borsch with wild leek
* 3 liters of beef broth (with meat)
* 1 carrot
* multiple potatoes
* 1 Onions
* 1 bunch of wild leek, green onion, dill, parsley, sorrel
Now open the season of spring-summer borsch and will prepare one of the most popular in Ukrainian families - green borsch with wild leek. Such borscht can be prepared and in the country, then we can add a young orach or nettle leaves, or other edible greens.
Clean сarrots and potatoes. Potatoes cut into pieces and drop into boiling broth. Carrots fry with onion and sorrel. When potatoes are cooked, pour in broth prepared carrot-oxalic mixture and finely chopped wild leek, dill, parsley. Exclude fire and let stand 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream and boiled egg (chopped into pieces). Eat with fresh wild leek and black bread.
